- Does it work without signal?
- Yes, for pre-shift inspections. Open the app once with signal (at the office, lamp room or workshop) and it keeps the inspection form on the phone. After that you can do inspections in the pit or underground with no signal: they're saved on the phone, and they send by themselves as soon as there's signal again. On Android that happens even with the app closed. To be sure on any phone, and always on iPhone, open the app once you're back in signal and log in if it asks. Dashboards, reports and records still need signal.
- Is there a phone app?
- Yes, you install it straight from the website with no app store needed. On Android, open CompliancePro in Chrome and tap Install app. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen from its own icon.
- Where is our data kept?
- On servers in Cape Town, South Africa. We follow POPIA, and your data is only ever visible to your own organisation.
- How long does it take to set up?
- You can be working within a day. Send us your contractor and worker lists in Excel and we'll load them for you.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Your account becomes read-only. You can still log in, view and export everything — we never hold your data hostage.
